We have a selection of proven foster mares. We foal our foster mares at such a time that the foals are ready to wean when the traditional foaling season's arrive.

 

We invest heavily when putting our foster mares into foal to ensure that the mares own foal is not just a by-product of the fostering process but a quality horse with a future ahead of them.

 

We also have a number of domperidone mares which can be ready all year round. 

 

Should the situation arise that you were to require a foster mare for your own foal, our mares give the best and most natural upbringing to an orphaned or rejected foal, we have the facilities to care for your foal here at our stud in East Sussex or if it was required the mare could go to you.
